Remote Clinical Record Reviewer (RN or NP) — 1099, per case

Risen Health Partners is a community care management company in Los Angeles County. We help Medi-Cal members who are experiencing homelessness or leaving jail or prison connect with doctors, housing and other services. Our care managers are not clinicians, and we need a licensed clinician to review short health summaries. What you do Read a one-page summary of a client’s health records, already prepared by our care manager. Write short notes: main health concerns, which appointments come first (primary care, dental, vision, mental health), and warning signs. Sign the review. Most reviews take 5 to 10 minutes. Rarely, a short video call with the client (up to 15 minutes). What you do NOT do: no exam, no diagnosis, no prescriptions, no orders. Details Fully remote, flexible hours. Answer within 1 business day. Pay: $25 per review; $40 per review with a video call. Paid monthly. Independent contractor (1099). Volume grows as our program grows. Requirements Active California RN or NP license. Your own malpractice insurance. Willing to sign a HIPAA agreement. Spanish is a plus.
