Paralegal

**Role Overview:** This paralegal supports in\-house counsel with moderate to high\-risk product liability cases, coordinating between attorneys and business units, managing case information, and working with outside counsel for trial preparation. The position involves handling litigation matters exceeding $10M in risk. **Key Responsibilities** * Coordinate discovery efforts related to product liability litigation * Manage documentation for settlements, including agreements and payoff info * Respond to claim and lawsuit inquiries as needed * Prepare reports for senior management * Support other legal and business requirements **Qualifications \& Skills** * Paralegal certificate from an ABA\-approved program (required) * Minimum of 5 years' experience in litigation, preferably in an in\-house legal department or large law firm * Strong organizational, time management, and reporting skills * Excellent communication and stakeholder relationship abilities **What We Offer:** Competitive salary, benefits (medical, dental, vision, Rx), paid time off, disability coverage, 401K with match, career growth opportunities, education reimbursement, and various employee support programs.
