Accounts Payable Specialist

Accounts Payable Clerk (Philippines-based) Location: Remote – Philippines Type: Full-time About the Role: We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Accounts Payable Clerk based in the Philippines. This role requires familiarity with Microsoft Dynamics 365 – Finance and Operations and a strong ability to manage daily AP transactions accurately and efficiently. Key Responsibilities: Process and record vendor invoices and expense reports in Microsoft Dynamics 365 – Finance/Operations Verify accuracy of billing data and resolve invoice discrepancies Ensure timely payments of vendor invoices and maintain accurate records Assist with weekly and monthly AP reporting and reconciliations Communicate with vendors and internal teams to resolve issues Maintain proper documentation and filing of accounts payable records Support the finance team in audits and compliance checks Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field Minimum of 2 years experience in Accounts Payable or similar finance role Hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance/Operations (ERP) Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines Proficient in MS Excel and other Office applications Good communication and organizational skills Nice to Have: Experience in handling US clients Familiarity with international or US invoice process Salary: 900-1100 Originally posted on Himalayas
