**Senior Accountant** Our firm is actively recruiting a Senior Accountant for a growing organization seeking a strong technical accounting professional to support month\-end close, financial reporting, and overall accounting operations. This Senior Accountant role offers high visibility, hands\-on responsibility, and the opportunity to contribute to process improvements within a fast\-paced environment. **Key Responsibilities:** * Lead core Senior Accountant functions including month\-end close, journal entries, and financial statement preparation * Perform detailed account reconciliations and maintain general ledger accuracy * Support budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis * Assist with AP/AR oversight and payroll review as needed * Strengthen internal controls and ensure GAAP compliance * Partner with leadership on reporting, analysis, and workflow enhancements * Support audits, tax filings, and external reporting requirements **Qualifications:** * Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance * 3–7 years of progressive accounting experience, ideally in a Senior Accountant capacity * Strong GAAP knowledge and financial reporting experience * ERP system proficiency and strong Excel skills * Detail\-oriented, analytical, and able to thrive in a dynamic environment If you’re a Senior Accountant seeking a new opportunity and would like confidential consideration, please reach out directly at **330\.936\.8463** or **kquinn@boltongroup.com** .
