Construction Project Manager

Construction Project Manager We are looking for an **experienced Construction Project Manager** to join our team. The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and confident managing projects from start to finish. **Qualifications & Responsibilities:** * Proven experience in construction project management * Ability to read and interpret construction plans and specifications * Prepare and manage RFIs, submittals, change orders, proposals, contracts, and pay applications * Develop and maintain project schedules * Coordinate with owners, consultants, subcontractors, and field teams * Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills * Proficiency in **MS Project, Microsoft Word, Excel, Adobe**, and other project management software * Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment **Experience:** Prior construction project management experience is required. **Starting Pay:** Starting pay will be based on the candidate’s experience and qualifications.
