Chatham, New Jersey 07928 Posted October 2nd, 2026 ##### **Job Type: Full Time** ##### **Job Category: IT** #### **Job Description** UX Designer Chatham, NJ (Onsite) FTE Only **UX Designer** * Design intuitive user experiences for developer\-facing products, including service catalogs, golden paths, onboarding workflows, documentation experiences, CI/CD pipelines, and platform tooling. * Conduct user research, interviews, usability studies, and feedback sessions with developers and engineering teams. * Create wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and high\-fidelity designs in Figma. * Define and improve information architecture across the developer portal. * Develop user journey maps that identify friction points and opportunities for automation. * Partner with Product Managers to translate business and developer needs into compelling solutions. * Collaborate with Engineering teams to ensure designs are technically feasible and implemented with fidelity. * Leverage and contribute to enterprise design systems and component libraries. * Ensure experiences meet accessibility and responsive design standards. * Analyze usage patterns, user feedback, and metrics to continuously improve developer experience. ##### **Required Skills** UX Designer
