Investment Analyst - Private Equity

We are working with a private equity fund investing in businesses across Europe. The team is seeking an Investment Analyst to support new investments, transaction execution and portfolio value creation. Based in Dublin, you will work closely with senior investment professionals across the investment lifecycle. **The role** * Assess investment opportunities through company, sector and market analysis. * Build financial models, including LBO, valuation and returns analysis. * Support due diligence and prepare investment committee papers. * Assist with transaction execution alongside advisers, lenders and management teams. * Monitor portfolio performance and support growth initiatives and add-on acquisitions. **The candidate** * One to three years’ experience in investment banking, private equity, corporate finance, M&A, transaction services or deals advisory. * Strong academic background and financial modelling, valuation and accounting skills. * Commercial judgement and the ability to identify investment risks and opportunities. * Clear communication, attention to detail and ownership of deadlines. * A strong interest in European private equity investing.
