Earles Engineering & Inspection, LLC — **Pittsburg, Kansas** This is a **100% in-office position**. No remote work. **Schedule**: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM **Salary**: $55,000–$70,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications. Earles Engineering & Inspection, LLC is seeking an experienced and dependable professional for a full-time Accounting / Bookkeeper position in our Pittsburg office. **Responsibilities** * Process payroll, including employee pay, payroll taxes, reimbursements, and retirement contributions * Pay and track company bills * Make electronic deposits and record incoming funds * Maintain accurate accounting records using QuickBooks * Perform general accounting and bookkeeping duties * Assist with routine financial and administrative reporting **Qualifications** * Prior accounting or bookkeeping experience is preferred. * Strong QuickBooks experience, attention to detail, accuracy, organization, confidentiality, and reliability are important for this position. Compensation Range: $60K - $70K
