EXPAND CONSTRUCTION PTE LTD is a construction company specializing in civil and structural engineering projects, committed to delivering quality and compliance within schedule and budget. **Job Summary** We are seeking a highly motivated Technical Manager to lead technical and engineering aspects of civil and structural projects, ensuring smooth site operations, quality compliance, and timely project delivery. **Responsibilities** * Manage and oversee all technical and engineering activities on\-site to ensure smooth execution of civil and structural works * Monitor project progress and coordinate site activities to resolve technical or operational issues promptly * Prepare accurate and timely project status reports for internal management and external stakeholders * Coordinate structural details and design implementation to align with project objectives and specifications * Ensure compliance with company quality standards, safety regulations, statutory requirements, and contractual obligations * Liaise with consultants, subcontractors, clients, and project teams to facilitate effective communication and coordination * Respond effectively to challenges in a fast\-paced and dynamic construction environment while maintaining project timelines and quality **Required Competencies And Certifications** * Degree in Civil Engineering or Structural Engineering * Professional recognition by the Professional Engineers Board Singapore (PEB) or Institution of Engineers Singapore (IES) * Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in civil or structural site engineering * Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and AutoCAD **Preferred Competencies And Qualifications** * Strong leadership and project coordination capabilities * Familiarity with local construction regulations and industry practices in Singapore * Excellent organizational and stakeholder management skills
