Launch Pod Studio is looking for a creative, social\-media\-obsessed intern who loves **TikTok, Reels, podcasts, pop culture, trends, and figuring out what makes people stop scrolling.** We're a fast\-growing podcast and content production studio in Midtown Manhattan where creators, entrepreneurs, executives, celebrities, brands, and emerging voices come to create. No two days at the studio are exactly the same—and we want someone who is excited to **capture what’s happening, turn it into great content, and help tell the Launch Pod story online.** What You’ll Actually Do **Create Content** Help create Reels, TikToks, Shorts, graphics, carousels, memes, and social posts. **Capture Behind the Scenes** Film studio life, podcast setups, new sets, equipment, creators, team moments, and what really happens behind a production. **Edit Short\-Form Video** Turn raw footage and podcast moments into content people actually want to watch. **Jump on Trends** Spot trending sounds, formats, conversations, and memes—and figure out how Launch Pod can put our own spin on them. **Pitch Your Ideas** See something we should try? **Pitch it.** We want you to bring ideas to the table, not just execute ours. **Build Community** Engage with creators, podcasters, followers, and the broader NYC media community. **Help Grow the Brand** Work with us on campaigns, studio launches, memberships, events, collaborations, and other creative projects. **Learn What Works** Track views, engagement, followers, website traffic, and inquiries to understand what content actually drives growth. Who We’re Looking For You might be a great fit if you: * Live on TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube * Understand what makes a strong hook * Love podcasts, entertainment, creators, or digital media * Have basic video\-editing skills * Know your way around **CapCut, Canva, Premiere, or similar tools** * Can write a good caption without sounding like a corporate robot * Are creative, organized, dependable, and comfortable working independently * Pay attention to trends before everyone else starts using them * Aren’t afraid to bring new ideas to the team You don't need years of experience. **We care about creativity, curiosity, and whether you understand social media.** Bonus Points Not required, but we'd love if you have experience with: * Adobe Premiere Pro * Photoshop * Final Cut Pro * Photography or videography * YouTube, Instagram, LinkedIn and Facebook * Podcast production * Social analytics * Marketing, communications, journalism, entertainment, or media Why Intern at Launch Pod?
