Site Manager

**Site Manager – Structural \& Concrete Projects \| Dublin** A leading **structural contractor** specialising in **formwork, reinforced concrete frames and structural works** is looking for an experienced **Site Manager** to join their growing team. Projects are based across **South Dublin and West Dublin** , covering high\-quality residential, commercial and structural developments. **Duties** * Manage day\-to\-day site operations * Coordinate subcontractors and site teams * Oversee **reinforced concrete, formwork and structural works** * Manage programme, sequencing and site progress * Ensure works are completed safely and to specification * Carry out quality checks and site inspections * Review RAMS and method statements * Coordinate with Engineers, Project Managers and subcontractors * Resolve day\-to\-day site issues and technical queries * Maintain site records and progress reports **Requirements** * 3\+ years’ experience as a **Site Manager** * Strong background in **RC frames, formwork and structural works** * Experience managing subcontractors and site teams * Strong understanding of construction sequencing * Good knowledge of Health \& Safety requirements * Excellent communication and organisational skills * Relevant construction/civil engineering qualification preferred * Full driving licence * Right to work in Ireland **Salary \& Benefits** * **€70k–€80k** , depending on experience * Company vehicle * Pension * Long\-term career opportunity * Projects across **South \& West Dublin** **To apply:** Send your CV to **a.maguire@gpcireland.com** GPC will not send any applicant’s CV to clients without full discussion and prior consent.
