Landscape Construction Manager – Landscape and Hardscape Projects Outside Inc – Catoosa, OK $50,000–$60,000/year based on experience | Full-time| Monday–Friday | Company truck for job sites | Start immediately Outside Inc is a locally owned landscaping and outdoor living company based in Catoosa, serving the Tulsa area. We handle everything from French drains and irrigation to retaining walls and full landscape builds. We’re looking for an experienced manager to run multiple jobs and crews from start to finish. This role is for someone who knows the work hands-on and is ready to take ownership: keeping crews productive, jobs on schedule and on budget, and customers happy. What You’ll Do Project management * Oversee multiple jobs from start to finish, keeping them on schedule and on budget * Review plans and designs and make sure work is built to spec * Plan the weekly schedule, crew assignments, and job sequencing with the office * Order materials and coordinate deliveries with vendors and suppliers * Walk jobs with customers at start and completion, and be their main contact during the job * Handle change orders and keep the office updated on progress, timelines, and issues * Sign off on punch lists and final quality checks before closing out a job Team leadership * Manage field supervisors and crews across active jobs * Train and develop supervisors and crew members on technique, equipment, and safety * Set and enforce job site safety and equipment standards * Visit job sites daily and jump in hands-on when a crew needs help to hit a deadline Installation oversight * Hardscapes and retaining walls * Grading and drainage systems, including French drains * Plantings and irrigation What You Need * 5+ years of landscape, hardscape, or construction experience, including managing crews or projects * Strong knowledge of grading, drainage, and retaining wall construction * Able to read plans and run several jobs at once * Organized, with strong communication skills for working with customers, vendors, and crews * Valid driver’s license; comfortable towing trailers and operating landscape equipment * Able to work outdoors in all weather Strongly preferred * Bilingual (English and Spanish) * Skid steer and mini excavator experience * Experience with job costing, estimating, or scheduling software Pay: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year Work Location: In person
