This paid position is perfect for someone eager to make a tangible impact in the hospitality or events industry, bringing enthusiasm and professionalism to every project. **Duties** * Plan, coordinate, and execute a diverse range of in-house events, including corporate gatherings, promotional activities, and special celebrations, ensuring seamless delivery from start to finish * Develop comprehensive event marketing campaigns utilizing various channels such as social media, email marketing, and print to maximize attendance and engagement * Manage event budgets meticulously, negotiating with vendors and suppliers to secure the best pricing while maintaining quality standards * Oversee all aspects of event management software and CRM systems to track guest information, reservations, and follow-up communications effectively * Collaborate closely with team members across departments to ensure consistent branding, exceptional customer service, and smooth event operations * Maintain detailed records of event planning processes, budgets, vendor contacts, and post-event evaluations for continuous improvement **Experience** * Proven experience in event planning or hospitality industry roles with a strong understanding of banquet operations and guest services * Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while adhering to deadlines through excellent time management skills * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) along with experience using event management software and CRM systems for client communication and data tracking * Strong negotiation skills with vendors and clients to secure favorable contracts and upselling opportunities * Background in marketing or event marketing strategies that drive attendance and brand awareness * Excellent communication skills—both verbal and written—to effectively liaise with clients, vendors, team members, and guests * Experience managing event budgets from planning through execution while controlling costs without compromising quality * Knowledge of catering operations, banquet service standards, and hospitality best practices is highly desirable * Leadership qualities with the ability to coordinate teams during live events ensuring smooth operations and exceptional guest experiences Join us in creating unforgettable events that leave lasting impressions!
