Personal Injury Legal Assistant

**About The Opportunity** We are seeking an experienced ****Personal Injury Legal Assistant**** to join our growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for a detail\-oriented professional who thrives in a fast\-paced pre\-litigation and litigation environment and is passionate about advocating for injured clients. **What You'll Do** * Manage a full caseload of personal injury files from intake through settlement * Draft demand letters, pleadings, discovery requests/responses, and other litigation documents * Communicate directly with clients, medical providers, insurance adjusters, and opposing counsel * Order, organize, and summarize medical records and bills * Calculate damages, liens, and prepare settlement statements * Maintain case files and deadlines using firm case management software * Assist attorneys with trial preparation, exhibits, and witness coordination * Track statutes of limitations and ensure all deadlines are met * Coordinate with out of state counsel on matters around the country **What We're Looking For** * Strong working knowledge of personal injury law and litigation procedures * Minimum 1 year of experience as a legal assistant at a law firm * + Minimum 2\+ years of experience as a paralegal at a plaintiff's personal injury law firm (preferred) * Experience handling auto accident, slip and fall, and/or premises liability claims * Excellent written and verbal communication skills * Highly organized with strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple deadlines * Proficiency with case management software and Microsoft Office * Paralegal certificate or degree preferred, but not required with sufficient relevant experience * Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus **What We Offer** * Competitive salary, commensurate with experience * Health, dental, and vision insurance * Paid time off and holidays * 401(k) plan * Supportive, collaborative team environment * Opportunity for professional growth ****Robertson, Anschutz, Schneid, Crane \& Partners, PLLC**** is a national law firm specializing in creditors’ rights and real estate law, offering employees the opportunity to work on high\-impact legal matters in a fast\-paced, collaborative environment with strong growth potential.
