Call Center Representative **-** Wilmington, NC 28412 **$18.50–$22.50 per hour** **Full-time and part-time roles available** **Monday–Friday | Full-time hours: 8:30 a.m.–5:00 p.m.** **Hybrid opportunity after the first month** Love a good conversation? Our Wilmington team is looking for friendly Call Center Representatives who enjoy speaking with people, finding answers, and making customers feel comfortable from the beginning of the call. Most calls are inbound, so customers will already be contacting the business for information, an update, or help with a request. **When the phone rings** * Answer incoming customer calls. * Listen and understand what the customer needs. * Provide clear information and straightforward answers. * Update contact details and customer records. * Check the progress of open inquiries. * Transfer specialist questions to the correct colleague. * Follow up when further information is available. * Leave accurate notes after each conversation. **You will enjoy this role if you** * Naturally enjoy chatting with different people. * Bring friendly energy without sounding scripted. * Stay patient when someone is unsure or frustrated. * Ask sensible questions and listen to the answer. * Feel comfortable using a computer while speaking. * Like working alongside a supportive, social team. The **Call Center Representative** will work with customer-support colleagues, supervisors, managers, and wider office teams. Training will cover call procedures, customer records, internal systems, and how to direct different requests. The first month will be completed on-site while you learn the role and systems. After successfully completing the probationary period, there will be an opportunity to work from home for up to two days per week. Part-time schedules will be agreed within the Monday-to-Friday operating hours.
