We are seeking an exceptionally talented **Senior Full Stack Developer \& Architect** to lead the core engineering and technical architecture of our platform. In this role, you will design robust system architectures, drive full\-stack development, and pioneer cutting\-edge AI agent integrations. **The Role \& What You’ll Do** As Senior Full Stack Developer \& Architect, you will own the architectural design and hands\-on execution of our core platform. You will bridge frontend and backend development while building state\-of\-the\-art AI agents that personalize the educational discovery experience for families. * **System Architecture \& Design:** Architect, build, and scale resilient end\-to\-end full\-stack architectures, data pipelines, and RESTful APIs using **Java Spring Boot**, **Next.js**, and **PostgreSQL**. * **AI Agent Engineering:** Design, develop, and integrate intelligent AI agents (e.g., automated search/scout agents, data extraction pipelines, and conversational intake chatbots) into the core user experience. * **Cloud Infrastructure \& Deployment:** Architect, deploy, and manage low\-latency, scalable cloud infrastructure on **AWS**. * **Technical Strategy \& AI Vision:** Help shape the technology roadmap by bringing a strong vision of how AI will evolve and impact education, translating innovative ideas into concrete technical features. * **Code Excellence \& Best Practices:** Set high standards for code quality, system performance, security, and scalability across the development lifecycle. * **Integrate CI/CD pipelines** using tools like GitHub Actions, Jenkins, or SVN to automate testing and deployment processes. **Who You Are** * **Education:** Graduate from a US highly selective Computer Science or Software Engineering program. * **Proven Experience:** Strong background with experience in both **large enterprise/big tech companies** (where you learned software engineering at scale) and **fast\-paced startups** (where you built products end\-to\-end and iterated rapidly). * **Technical Mastery a. Backend:** Solid expertise in **Java** and the **Spring Boot** framework (RESTful services, microservices/monolith architecture, data processing pipelines). **b. Frontend:** Highly proficient with **Next.js**, React, and modern TypeScript environments. **c. Databases:** Strong relational database design, query optimization, and schema modeling (e.g., PostgreSQL). **d.
