Senior Corporate Attorney

A well-respected law firm in Boston, MA is seeking a Senior Corporate Associate with strong transactional and contract experience to join its corporate practice. **Responsibilities:** * Handle a broad range of corporate transactional matters, including mergers, acquisitions, and general corporate governance * Draft, review, and negotiate a variety of commercial contracts and agreements * Advise clients on entity formation, corporate structuring, and ongoing compliance matters * Collaborate closely with partners on deal execution and client counseling * Manage matters independently while contributing to business development efforts **Qualifications:** * 5+ years of experience in corporate transactional work * Strong background in contract drafting and negotiation * Excellent academic credentials and active bar membership in good standing * Strong communication and client management skills * Ability to manage multiple matters and deadlines independently **What We Offer:** * Collaborative, team-oriented practice environment * Direct partner-level mentorship and client exposure * Competitive compensation and benefits package The annual salary for this position is between $160,000 and $225,000.
