Experienced Family Law Paralegal

We're looking for a seasoned family law paralegal who has spent their career handling complex divorce and custody cases. You can manage a full caseload of high\-stakes matters on your own, and you're the steady, grounded presence clients and attorneys count on when things get intense. **This is a Full\-Time, Monday \- Friday 8AM \- 5PM, In\-Office Position.** Opportunities to work remotely are not available at this time. Salary commensurate with experience. **Responsibilities:** * Independently manage a full caseload of complex divorce and custody matters from intake through resolution * Draft pleadings, motions, discovery, and other court documents, and handle filing and service of process * Organize financial disclosures and discovery in high\-asset cases, including business interests, retirement accounts, real estate, and complex income * Coordinate with forensic accountants, appraisers, custody evaluators, and guardians ad litem * Prepare exhibits, witness lists, and trial and mediation binders * Calendar hearings and deadlines and keep case files organized and current * Screen potential clients to make sure they're a good fit while making sure they feel heard and understood * Keep clients and attorneys updated on case status and next steps **Qualifications:** * At least 5 years of paralegal experience working exclusively in family law * Hands\-on experience with high\-asset divorce and high\-conflict custody cases * Bachelor's degree required.
