Senior MultiValue Developer

Role Overview RDM Infinity is seeking a seasoned MultiValue Developer to join our senior engineering team. This role is designed for a professional who brings deep technical expertise in PICK\-based systems and a proven track record of delivering high\-impact, custom software solutions. You will lead architectural decisions and drive the modernization of mission\-critical business applications across mobile, web, and enterprise platforms. Key Responsibilities * Drive the full software development life cycle (SDLC), from initial requirement gathering and architectural design to deployment and optimization. * Architect and implement scalable solutions that integrate legacy MultiValue technologies with modern web and mobile frameworks. * Mentor junior developers and provide technical leadership on complex, multi\-scope projects. * Translate complex business requirements into robust, well\-documented code, ensuring high performance and maintainability. Technical Qualifications * Expert\-level proficiency in NoSQL and PICK environments (D3, Universe, jBase, OpenQM, etc.). * Extensive experience with enterprise\-scale systems, including Accounting, Warehouse Management, and ERP solutions. * Advanced troubleshooting, debugging, and reverse engineering skills for legacy code optimization. Preferred Qualifications * Working knowledge of modern languages and frameworks (C\#, Java, PHP, ASP.net, or Objective\-C). * Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with the ability to interface directly with stakeholders. * Proven ability to manage individual project ownership while maintaining high collaborative standards within a team.
