Hotel General Manager

**Holiday Inn Express \& Suites San Antonio North \- Windcrest** 8204 I\-35, Windcrest, TX 78239 We are looking for an experienced and hands\-on **General Manager** to lead our Holiday Inn Express \& Suites team in San Antonio. The ideal candidate is a strong hospitality leader who can take ownership of hotel operations, guest satisfaction, team performance, sales, and financial results. **Key Responsibilities:** * Oversee day\-to\-day hotel operations and all departments * Recruit, train, schedule, and lead the hotel team * Maintain IHG brand standards and ensure QA readiness * Drive guest satisfaction and respond to guest concerns * Manage labor, expenses, payroll, and operating costs * Monitor occupancy, ADR, RevPAR, and overall hotel performance * Support local sales efforts and build relationships with corporate and group accounts * Ensure proper controls for AR, cash handling, purchasing, and inventory * Maintain a clean, safe, and well\-maintained property * Work closely with regional management and ownership on hotel performance **Qualifications:** * Previous hotel management experience required * IHG/Holiday Inn Express experience is strongly preferred * Experience with IHG Concerto is a plus * Strong leadership and communication skills * Good understanding of hotel operations, revenue management, and financial controls * Must be hands\-on, organized, dependable, and comfortable taking ownership of the property **Position:** Full\-Time General Manager **Location:** San Antonio / Windcrest, Texas Interested candidates can send their resume or message directly for more information.
