**Corporate Associate Attorney\-Boutique** Small boutique tax and T\&E firm with a sophisticated practice looking for a corporate associate, 4 plus years with solid “hands on” experience. Not looking for someone with a big firm background, preference for someone out of a small or mid\-sized firm. General corporate transactional work, contracts, acquisitions. Prior corporate Tax experience is a plus! 4/1 Hybrid. Salary will depend on experience, but in the $200k range. Please send resume for immediate consideration.
