Job description from the source

**About The Role** The Marketing Manager owns demand generation and brand for a fast-growing technology product, translating positioning into integrated campaigns that reliably drive pipeline and adoption. This role matters because growth depends on it: the person in this seat connects product, sales, and content teams to the market — owning messaging, channels, and measurement from first touch to closed deal. **Key Responsibilities** * Plan and launch integrated multi-channel campaigns across email, paid search (Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads), paid social, SEO, and content syndication * Own demand-generation KPIs — MQLs, SQLs, CAC, pipeline contribution — and build dashboards in GA4, Looker, or Tableau to track and report performance * Manage marketing automation and lifecycle programs in HubSpot or Marketo, including lead scoring, nurture tracks, and segmentation * Partner with sales, product marketing, and design to develop personas, messaging frameworks, and campaign assets (landing pages, decks, webinars, case studies) * Run A/B tests on ads, email subject lines, and landing pages; iterate on copy and creative based on conversion data * Own a campaign budget, negotiate with agencies and vendors, and forecast spend against pipeline targets * Report campaign performance and strategic recommendations to marketing and sales leadership on a monthly cadence **What We Are Looking For** * 4-7 years of marketing experience, with at least 2 years in demand generation or growth marketing at a B2B or B2C tech company * Hands-on expertise with marketing automation platforms (HubSpot, Marketo, or Pardot) and CRM (Salesforce) * Experience running paid campaigns on Google Ads and LinkedIn with a track record of managing six-figure budgets * Strong analytical skills: comfortable with funnel metrics, attribution models, and building reports in GA4 or similar tools * Excellent copywriting and editing skills — able to write crisp campaign copy and brief agencies and designers * Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience * Bonus: experience with product-led-growth motion, SEO ownership, ABM programs (6sense, Demandbase), or marketing attribution tools (Dreamdata, HockeyStack)
