Service Coordinator – Field Service Scheduling

Done Right Hood & Fire Safety is a fire safety company servicing the tri-state area, and we're known for giving our customers white-glove service. We want to make sure you're the right person for this role: you'll need great customer service etiquette, know how to talk with customers, and take ownership of solving their issues. **What You'll Do** * Schedule service jobs for our field crews across the tri-state area. * Coordinate dates and times directly with customers so every visit runs smoothly. * Use your knowledge of the five boroughs to plan smart, efficient schedules. * Keep routes and schedules tight, with no wasted time between jobs. * Deliver friendly, professional customer service on every call. * Write clear, professional emails to customers and the team. **What We're Looking For** * A background in scheduling, dispatch or service coordination, ideally in cleaning, plumbing, HVAC or another field service business. * A natural people person who is genuinely comfortable talking with customers on the phone all day and delivering white-glove service on every call and email, backed by strong written communication skills. * Experience leading a team and balancing several priorities at once. * A detail-oriented problem solver who can fix scheduling issues on the fly. * Comfort with CRM and scheduling software, email and spreadsheets.
