Job description from the source

**Kingly Home Health | Irving, Texas** **Pay:** $70–$75 per visit **Schedule:** Flexible PRN opportunities with an established caseload to support full-time availability. Love Irving? So do we. Kingly Home Health is a locally owned, Medicare-certified home health agency serving the Dallas–Fort Worth community for over 20 years. We're looking for an experienced, dependable Physical Therapist who enjoys working independently, takes pride in excellent patient outcomes, and wants to be part of a smaller agency where clinicians are known, respected, and supported. **Our immediate need is in Irving, Texas.** We have patients who need care, an established referral network, and opportunities for a therapist interested in building a consistent caseload close to home. Whether you're looking for PRN flexibility or a more consistent, full-time schedule, we'd like to connect. Why Kingly Home Health? We're not a large corporate home health organization. We're a family-owned agency that believes clinician satisfaction and patient outcomes go hand in hand. * **Established patient demand:** An active caseload in Irving with opportunities for consistent visits. * **Autonomy and trust:** We value experienced clinicians who can manage their schedules, make sound clinical decisions, and take ownership of patient care. * **A smaller, supportive team:** Direct communication, accessible leadership, and an environment where your contributions matter. * **Focus on clinician retention:** We believe in building lasting relationships with our clinicians, not simply filling visits. * **Proven quality:** A 4-star CMS rating and 12 consecutive deficiency-free surveys. What You'll Do * Complete in-home physical therapy evaluations and develop individualized plans of care. * Provide skilled interventions focused on mobility, strength, balance, fall prevention, and functional independence. * Manage an assigned caseload with professionalism, accountability, and sound clinical judgment. * Collaborate with nursing, physicians, and other members of the care team. * Complete accurate, timely clinical documentation in accordance with Medicare and agency requirements. * Build trusted relationships with patients and families throughout their recovery. Who We're Looking For * Active Texas Physical Therapist license. * Home health experience preferred. * Strong clinical judgment and confidence working independently in patients' homes. * Dependable, organized, and committed to timely documentation and communication. * Someone who values continuity of care and takes personal pride in patient progress. * Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and current auto insurance. * Willingness to serve patients in Irving and surrounding communities as needed. Compensation & Scheduling * **$70–$75 per completed visit.** * PRN, part-time, and full-time caseload opportunities. * Flexible scheduling based on patient needs and therapist availability. * Established Irving-area patient demand. Let's Talk. If you're a Physical Therapist who enjoys the independence of home health but also wants to feel connected to the agency you represent, Kingly may be the right fit. We're especially interested in connecting with therapists who live in or near Irving and want to serve their local community. **Apply today.** We'd welcome a conversation about your availability, preferred caseload, and what you're looking for in your next professional opportunity. Pay: $70.00 - $75.00 per hour Work Location: In person
