Chiropractic Exam Technician & Front Desk Support--WILL TRAIN

We are a busy chiropractic office in the Tri\-Cities seeking an energetic, friendly, reliable, and highly organized team member who enjoys multi\-tasking and providing patients with excellent customer service and communication. Justice Family Chiropractic is looking for a new **Chiropractic Exam \& Front Desk Assistant** to join our team. **A love for chiropractic is a must!** If you are someone with an upbeat, friendly, and energetic attitude who enjoys working with people, this could be the perfect role for you. This position works longer days on **Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday, with a half\-day on Wednesday**—and is rewarded with **3\-day weekends every week!** The position is approximately **28–32 hours per week**. Hours required are between 7:00am\-6:30pm depending on the day of the week. Your schedule will remain consistent once finalized. **In this role, you will:** * Walk alongside our new patients through their initial visits, including completing the initial intake and assisting with any diagnostic exam procedures needed including performing neurological scans and x\-rays (once trained) on new and established patients * Review patient insurance benefits and treatment recommendations with patients at their second visit * Work with our front desk team and be a friendly, inviting face for our patients * Assist at the front desk with phones, scheduling, greeting patients, and helping patients move smoothly through the office * Work one\-on\-one with patients in an examination environment **Ideally, your experience and skills will include:** * High school diploma or equivalent * At least 1 year of chiropractic office experience (preferred) * A self\-starter mentality with strong problem\-solving skills * Strong computer skills * A desire to work one\-on\-one with patients * Ability to multi\-task while maintaining attention to detail and excellent customer service * Reliable, punctual, and dedicated to being part of a team * A desire to work in a holistic healthcare setting and/or experience as a current or former chiropractic patient **Why work at Justice Family Chiropractic?** We focus on creating a family\-like work environment where our team works together and has the opportunity to make a difference in people’s lives.
