Our work environment includes: * Modern office setting Seeking an experienced full-time legal assistant for small firm in Nampa. The ideal candidate will have 2+ years prior experience with civil litigation, primarily family law and personal injury. Duties include gathering case information, medical records, drafting medical record summaries, calendaring, drafting pleadings, managing discovery, proofreading, e-filing and trial prep. No calls please. **Responsibilities** * Assist attorneys with case preparation and legal research in civil litigation, family law and personal injury law. * Manage and organize legal documents, ensuring accuracy and compliance. * Conduct client interviews and maintain case files using document management systems. * Review and proofread legal documents for clarity and precision. * Coordinate litigation schedules and maintain effective communication with clients and court personnel. * Perform administrative tasks, including client interaction, data entry and filing, to support the law office's operations.
