Senior AI Engineer

**We’re looking for a Senior AI Engineer** to help us build and deliver AI systems that actually get used — not prototypes that sit on a shelf. At SupaHuman AI, we work directly with clients to **transform how their businesses operate** using modern AI. If you’re someone who enjoys **building, prototyping, and solving real\-world problems** — this role is for you. **What you’ll be doing** * Work alongside Project Leads to turn complex business problems into working AI systems * Rapidly prototype solutions using modern AI tools (LLMs, RAG, agents, etc.) * Iterate directly with clients — showing, testing, and refining in real time * Take solutions from early concept through to production\-ready systems * Lead technically across projects, setting the standard for engineering quality * Mentor other engineers and contribute to how we build as a business **What we’re looking for** * Strong experience building AI solutions using LLMs and modern tooling * Solid software engineering background (Python essential, JS/TS a plus) * Experience taking systems from prototype → production * Comfortable working in ambiguity and moving quickly * Strong communicator — able to work directly with clients and stakeholders * Someone who cares about **impact, not just output** **Why this role is different** **You’ll build real things** Your work will be deployed into real environments and used day\-to\-day — not theoretical or internal\-only projects. **You’ll move fast** We operate in short feedback loops — prototype, test, iterate, ship. **You’ll have real ownership** You won’t be waiting for instructions.
