Warehouse Manager

If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and are passionate about managing teams and logistics, this is your opportunity to make a significant impact! **Duties** * Lead and supervise all warehouse activities, including shipping, receiving, inventory management, and materials handling to ensure efficient operations. * Implement process improvements using lean management principles to enhance productivity and reduce waste across warehouse functions. * Oversee the operation of material handling equipment such as forklifts and RF scanners, ensuring safety and proper usage in compliance with OSHA standards. * Manage inventory control systems and warehouse management systems (WMS) to maintain accurate stock levels and facilitate smooth distribution center operations. * Coordinate logistics with third-party logistics providers (3PL) to streamline distribution processes and meet delivery deadlines. * Supervise team members through effective team leadership, managerial communication, and performance management strategies. * Ensure compliance with safety regulations, including OSHA guidelines, while fostering a safe working environment for all staff. **Skills** * Extensive experience in warehouse distribution, operations, and inventory management systems. * Strong knowledge of warehouse management systems (WMS), inventory control practices, and logistics coordination. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite for reporting, scheduling, and communication purposes. * Skilled in process improvement methodologies such as lean management to optimize workflows. * Ability to operate or oversee the operation of forklift trucks, heavy lifting equipment, and other materials handling tools safely. * Proven team management skills with excellent managerial communication abilities to motivate staff and manage performance effectively. * Familiarity with shipping & receiving procedures, materials handling techniques, and distribution center operations.
