OCR Project Manager

Project Manager – Overhead Conductor Rail (OCR) Projects Position Overview We are looking for an experienced **Project Manager** to take overall responsibility for the delivery and on-site management of **Overhead Conductor Rail (OCR) projects** . The role will oversee the entire project execution process, coordinate on-site construction activities, and manage communication among clients, design consultants, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure successful project delivery in line with **safety, quality, schedule, and cost objectives** . Candidates with **strong English communication skills** are preferred. Experience working on **overseas projects** , particularly in **railway, power, or infrastructure projects** , will be highly advantageous. Key Responsibilities 1. Take overall responsibility for the **full project lifecycle** of OCR projects, including project planning, execution, delivery, and acceptance, ensuring that safety, quality, schedule, and cost targets are achieved. 2. Coordinate and oversee **on-site construction, testing, and commissioning activities** , and promptly resolve technical and project management issues arising during execution. 3. Coordinate with **clients, consultants, subcontractors, and internal teams** to ensure effective collaboration and smooth project execution. 4. Monitor **project progress, manpower allocation, and budget performance** , identify project risks, and develop appropriate mitigation measures. Provide regular project updates and reports to management and clients. 5. Manage **Variation Orders (VO), claims, contracts, and cost control** , ensuring that the project meets its financial and commercial objectives. Requirements 1. **Bachelor’s degree or above** in Electrical Engineering or a related discipline. 2. Proven **project management experience** , with experience in **railway, power, M&E (Mechanical & Electrical), or infrastructure projects** preferred. 3. Strong knowledge of **project cost control, contract management, Variation Orders (VO), and claims management** . 4.
