This paid position offers a fantastic opportunity to grow your career in the food industry while making a positive impact every day. **Duties** * Assist in managing restaurant operations, including shift management, food preparation oversight, and ensuring food safety standards are met * Supervise and motivate staff, providing training on food handling, POS systems, customer service, and food production techniques * Oversee inventory control, ordering supplies, and managing food and beverage stock levels to minimize waste and maximize profitability * Handle cash transactions accurately using POS systems, perform cash handling duties, and reconcile daily sales reports * Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, including food safety management and sanitation protocols * Participating in staff training & development initiatives * Maintain excellent customer service standards by addressing guest concerns promptly and professionally **Experience** * Proven experience in quick service & fast food restaurant environments or casual dining settings with a strong background in food preparation and kitchen management * Demonstrated supervisory or assistant manager experience within the food industry or hospitality sector * Experience managing inventory control, budgeting, profit & loss analysis, and food safety procedures * Strong leadership skills with the ability to train teams effectively and foster a positive work environment * Excellent communication skills with the ability to manage staff schedules, and lead team training sessions Embark on this exciting journey where your passion for hospitality meets leadership!
