**Financial Reporting Accountant** **Location:** Portland, OR (Hybrid – 3 days per week in office) **Compensation:** $85,000–$95,000 base salary \+ 10\-15% target bonus **Travel:** Approximately 10–15% A growing organization is adding an **Accountant, Financial Reporting** to support expanding reporting requirements and continued business growth. This role offers hands\-on exposure to financial reporting, consolidations, intercompany accounting, external audits, and process improvement initiatives within a multi\-entity environment. This is an excellent opportunity for an accountant looking to broaden their technical accounting and reporting experience while working closely with finance leadership in a fast\-paced, evolving organization. **Key Responsibilities** * Assist with quarterly and annual financial statement preparation and reporting. * Prepare intercompany journal entries, reconciliations, and related accounting activities. * Participate in month\-end, quarter\-end, and year\-end close processes. * Support external audits, including audit requests and deliverables. * Contribute to process improvements, automation initiatives, and system enhancements. * Assist with special projects and ad hoc accounting analyses. Qualifications * Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. * 2\-5 years of accounting experience; public accounting experience or a blend of public and industry experience preferred. * Strong understanding of U.S. GAAP and financial statement preparation. * Experience with multi\-entity accounting, intercompany transactions, and ERP systems. * Advanced Excel skills. * CPA designation preferred. * Strong communication, organizational, and project management skills. * Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively across teams.
