Job description from the source

**Overview** Woven Threads Psychotherapy is a growing, fully virtual psychotherapy practice serving clients in New York and New Jersey. We are seeking thoughtful, collaborative clinicians who are interested in providing high\-quality care within a practice grounded in trauma\-informed, culturally responsive, relational, and anti\-oppressive care. We work primarily with adults navigating anxiety, trauma, relationship concerns, identity, grief, life transitions, and experiences shaped by cultural, family, and systemic stressors. This is a W\-2, fully remote position designed for clinicians who value the autonomy and flexibility of private practice while appreciating the support of a team. Woven Threads provides administrative and billing support, opportunities for consultation and professional development, and flexibility in building a schedule that supports both excellent client care and work\-life balance. As a newer and intentionally growing practice, caseloads are built gradually as we continue expanding our referral network. We are looking for clinicians who are excited to grow alongside the practice and contribute to the thoughtful, collaborative culture we are building. **What You'll Do** * Provide individual psychotherapy to adults through a secure telehealth platform. * Conduct comprehensive intake assessments and ongoing clinical assessments. * Develop individualized treatment plans based on each client's needs, goals, identities, and lived experiences. * Provide trauma\-informed, culturally responsive, and affirming care. * Utilize evidence\-based and integrative approaches appropriate to your training, which may include CBT, EMDR, somatic approaches, attachment\-based therapy, narrative therapy, and other modalities. * Complete progress notes, treatment plans, assessments, and other required clinical documentation in a timely manner. * Assess and respond appropriately to safety concerns, including completing risk assessments and safety planning when clinically indicated. * Collaborate with other providers and supports when clinically appropriate and authorized by the client. * Participate in consultation, supervision, professional development, and practice meetings as required. * Maintain professional, ethical, and confidentiality standards consistent with licensure requirements and Woven Threads policies. **Who We're Looking For** We welcome clinicians who: * Hold a current LMSW, LCSW, LMHC, or LPC license and are eligible to provide psychotherapy in New York and/or New Jersey. * Practice from a trauma\-informed, culturally responsive, and anti\-oppressive lens. * Are interested in working with diverse adults and communities, including BIPOC, immigrant and first\-generation, LGBTQIA\+, and other historically marginalized populations. * Value curiosity, cultural humility, collaboration, self\-reflection, and continued professional growth. * Provide thoughtful, affirming, relationship\-centered care. * Are comfortable providing psychotherapy independently in a remote outpatient setting. * Demonstrate strong clinical judgment, communication, organization, and documentation skills. * Are comfortable using electronic health records and telehealth technology. * Can maintain a consistent caseload and schedule. * Have evening and/or weekend availability; this is strongly preferred. **Position Details** * Employment: W\-2 * Setting: Fully remote * Location: New York and/or New Jersey * Schedule: Flexible; evening and weekend availability preferred * Caseload: Expected minimum of 15 clients * Compensation: Competitive and based on experience and caseload * Bonuses: Performance\-based bonus opportunities after six months * Support: Administrative and billing support * Professional Growth: Consultation, mentorship, and professional development opportunities **Why Woven Threads?** We believe clinicians do their best work when they have room to be thoughtful, curious, and human. Woven Threads is being built around care, connection, cultural humility, and sustainable clinical practice. We want clinicians to have the flexibility of private\-practice work without having to manage every aspect of running a practice independently. Our goal is to create an environment where clinicians can focus on meaningful client care while receiving the administrative, professional, and relational support that helps make the work sustainable. Because we are still growing, this role may be especially well suited for someone who values patience, collaboration, and the opportunity to help shape a practice from its early stages. If our values and approach resonate with you, we would love to hear from you. Pay: $40\.00 \- $55\.00 per hour Expected hours: No more than 15\.0 per week Benefits: * Flexible schedule * Professional development assistance Application Question(s): * Do you currently hold an active LMSW, LCSW, LMHC, or LPC license in New York and/or New Jersey? An active license in at least one of these states is required to be considered for this position. Education: * Master's (Required) Work Location: Remote
