If you thrive in a fast-paced hospitality setting and possess a passion for delivering memorable guest experiences, this opportunity is perfect for you. **Responsibilities** * Oversee the daily operations of two hotels, including front desk, housekeeping, food and beverage services, and guest relations to ensure smooth and efficient functioning. * Lead and manage hospitality teams by providing clear direction, motivating staff, and fostering a positive work environment aligned with hotel standards. * Implement and maintain hotel management systems such as Property Management Systems (PMS) and hospitality reservation platforms to optimize booking processes and guest data management. * Develop and manage budgets for hospitality operations, controlling expenses while maximizing revenue opportunities through effective revenue management strategies. * Ensure compliance with hotel guest service standards, safety protocols, health regulations, and property policies to deliver an outstanding guest experience. * Supervise human resources functions including hiring, training, performance evaluations, and staff development to build a high-performing team. * Monitor financial operations by analyzing revenue reports, managing costs, and implementing strategies to improve profitability. * Cultivate strong guest relations by addressing feedback promptly and ensuring service excellence across all touchpoints. * Coordinate with marketing teams to promote hotel offerings and enhance brand visibility within the hospitality industry. * Oversee property maintenance and ensure that facilities meet quality standards while managing vendor relationships for repairs and upgrades. **Qualifications** * Proven experience in hospitality management with demonstrated oversight of daily hotel operations in a leadership role. * Strong supervisory skills with experience managing hospitality teams across multiple departments. * Excellent communication skills in multiple languages; bilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve diverse guests effectively. * Deep understanding of revenue management principles, budgeting processes, and financial operations within the hospitality sector. * Proficiency with property management systems (PMS), hospitality reservation systems, multi-line phone systems, and other relevant property technology tools. * Exceptional customer service skills with a focus on exceeding guest expectations and maintaining high service standards. * Leadership qualities that inspire teams, foster collaboration, and promote a positive work culture. * Experience working in resort environments or similar large-scale hospitality settings is preferred. * Knowledge of human resources practices including hiring procedures, staff training programs, and employee relations.
