Lice Clinics of America – North Shore is looking for a friendly, organized, and dependable individual to join our team as a Full-Time Remote Appointment Scheduler / Customer Service Representative! **Enjoy the convenience of working from home while being part of a supportive, established, family-owned business!** This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a busy environment, enjoys speaking with customers, and can confidently manage incoming calls and appointments throughout the day. **Please note: This is a work-from-home position, but initial in-person training at our Deerfield, Illinois clinic is required.** What You'll Be Doing * Answering incoming calls and providing friendly, professional customer service. * Scheduling, rescheduling, and managing appointments using our online scheduling system. * Managing a busy phone system with call tracking and routing capabilities. * Helping customers understand our services, pricing, and appointment availability. * Coordinating with our in-clinic team to keep the schedule running smoothly. * Following up on missed calls, voicemails, and customer inquiries. * Multitasking efficiently while maintaining accurate appointment records.
