**Overview** As a General Manager - Restaurant, you’ll lead daily operations and bring our experience, kitchen, and team together. You’ll guide service, food preparation, and food production while keeping food safety, customer service, and business performance in focus. We're looking for a partner to help us operate and grow Angelina Bakery.** **General Duties:** **● 3+ years of restaurant management experience in the hospitality industry** **● Preferred Bachelor’s Degree or Certification in Hospitality-related field or equivalent experience** **● An understanding of Labor and COGS management ● Strong leadership skills with an affinity for capacity development** **● Excellent conflict resolution abilities** **● Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays** **● Comfort in a fast-paced environment** **● Ability to stand or walk for long periods of time** **● A positive attitude and an eagerness to learn and grow** Pay: $75,900.00 - $91,500.00 per year Work Location: In person
