**Job Summary** Job Description: Financial Analyst / Finance Manager **Location:** Plano, TX (Fully Onsite) Job Title: **Financial Analyst / Finance Manager** Job Summary We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented **Financial Analyst / Finance Manager** to support financial planning, forecasting, budgeting, and sales performance analysis for a fast-paced business environment. This role will partner closely with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and leadership teams to provide actionable insights, drive profitability, and support strategic decision-making. The ideal candidate will possess strong financial acumen, advanced Excel expertise, data modeling capabilities, and experience managing P&L performance. Key Responsibilities * Create, maintain, and analyze financial reports for business units and sales channels. * Develop sales forecasts and simulate promotional and business scenarios to support strategic planning. * Track investments, promotional spending, and financial performance across business channels. * Conduct post-promotion and post-investment analyses to measure effectiveness and ROI. * Support annual budgeting, monthly forecasting, and long-range financial planning processes. * Monitor business trends, sales performance, promotional activities, and associated costs. * Partner closely with Sales teams to improve sellout performance through data-driven recommendations. * Prepare executive-level presentations and reports highlighting financial performance and key business insights. * Perform ad hoc financial analysis to support leadership and cross-functional teams. * Serve as a liaison between business stakeholders and Finance teams to ensure alignment on financial objectives. * Communicate complex financial information in a clear and simplified manner to various audiences. Required Qualifications * Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or related field. * 4+ years of experience in financial analysis, FP&A, business finance, or related roles. * Strong financial modeling, forecasting, and analytical skills. * Advanced Microsoft Excel skills including Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, financial modeling, and data analysis. * Experience managing budgets, forecasts, and P&L performance. * Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational skills. * Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, changing environment. * Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Preferred Qualifications * Advanced degree (MBA, Master's in Finance, Accounting, or related field). * Experience supporting sales organizations and promotional planning. * Strong data modeling and scenario analysis experience. * Ability to influence business decisions using data-driven insights. * Experience creating professional business presentations for leadership teams. * Experience with AI tools such as Claude, Gemini, or similar technologies. * Strong problem-solving and strategic thinking capabilities.
