You will work on the planning and design of civil engineering infrastructure for a **wide range of projects valued between €3M - €3B.** My client has recently taken on some junior level staff and require someone to help shape the team and manage junior members. The role will suit a Civil Engineer who is Chartered with Engineers Ireland or eager to become Chartered, with a good foundation in the design of roads and drainage. **Sample Projects:** * Various residential developments consisting of 600-1,200 houses, low rise apartments, creche facilities, retail, 13-17 storey towers. Values: €140M - €400M * Dublin Airport – Value: €3B * Various commercial offices – Mixed use developments including offices, apartments, retail, entertainment, museum. Values: €250M -€400M * Education – Two new schools.
