Construction Project Manager

**Job Summary** We are looking for an experienced **Construction Project Manager** to oversee construction projects from planning to completion. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing project schedules, budgets, manpower, subcontractors and site operations to ensure projects are completed safely, on time and within budget. **Key Responsibilities** * Plan, manage and oversee construction projects from commencement to completion. * Coordinate daily site activities to ensure work progresses according to project schedules. * Manage project budgets, resources, manpower, materials and equipment. * Supervise site teams, subcontractors and suppliers to ensure quality workmanship and timely delivery. * Monitor project progress, identify potential delays and implement corrective actions. * Ensure construction works comply with approved drawings, specifications, safety regulations and quality standards. * Liaise with clients, consultants, architects, engineers and relevant authorities on project matters. * Attend project meetings and provide regular updates on progress, costs and project issues. * Review construction drawings, technical specifications, method statements and project documentation. * Manage project variations, subcontractor performance and contractual matters. * Ensure compliance with Singapore Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) requirements and relevant building regulations. * Oversee testing, inspections, handover and project close-out activities. **Job Requirements** * Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Building or a related discipline. * Minimum **5 years of relevant construction project management experience** . * Proven experience managing construction projects in Singapore. * Strong knowledge of construction methods, site operations and project management practices. * Experience managing subcontractors, manpower, project schedules and budgets. * Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and technical specifications. * Familiarity with Singapore BCA regulations and WSH requirements. * Strong leadership, planning, coordination and problem-solving skills. * Good communication and stakeholder management skills. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project scheduling tools such as Microsoft Project. * Ability to manage multiple project activities and work under tight deadlines. **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience in building construction, civil engineering or infrastructure projects. * Relevant project management certifications such as PMP would be advantageous. * Experience handling projects from tender award through completion and handover.
