This position focuses on connecting with prospective patients, primarily those who have submitted online inquiries for full-arch dental implants and surgical consultations, while also supporting scheduling for all dental services. Key Responsibilities * Contact prospective patients through outbound calls and follow-ups. * Build rapport, answer general questions, and confidently schedule consultations. * Prioritize and manage full-arch dental implant inquiries. * Maintain organized lead records, follow-up schedules, and appointment tracking. * Collaborate with our team to deliver an exceptional patient experience.
