**Start Date:** September 28, 2026 **Contract:** 13 Weeks **Schedule:** 4 × 10\-hour shifts \| 40 hours/week **Shift:** Variable – Days, Evenings, Nights \& Weekends **Assignment:** Travel Contract **Openings:** 1 **Call:** No Call **Floating:** No Floating ### **Opportunity Highlights** * Travel **Inpatient Pharmacist** opportunity in Peridot, AZ * 13\-week contract with **40 hours/week** * Variable scheduling with day, evening, night, and weekend coverage * **Hospital inpatient pharmacy experience required** * ER/Inpatient pharmacy experience strongly preferred * Work within a collaborative pharmacy team serving the San Carlos Apache community * **Housing available** – no pets permitted on the housing property * Fast\-track submission available for qualified candidates ### **Job Responsibilities** The Inpatient Pharmacist will: * Verify and dispense medications accurately and efficiently * Provide safe and timely medication management * Support inpatient and ER pharmacy services as needed * Process controlled substances in accordance with applicable laws and facility policies * Counsel patients regarding medications * Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other members of the healthcare team * Provide clinical pharmacy services and medication therapy management * Exercise sound clinical judgment and critical\-thinking skills * Maintain flexibility across various pharmacy shifts and locations ### **✅ Required Experience** * Recent **hospital inpatient pharmacy experience – Required** * **ER/Inpatient pharmacist experience – Strongly Preferred** * Comfortable working days, evenings, nights, weekends, and swing shifts * Comfortable providing inpatient/ER coverage * Strong medication therapy knowledge and clinical judgment * Excellent communication and patient counseling skills * Reliable team player with a positive attitude ### **Required Credentials** * Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy and/or **PharmD** * Current unrestricted Pharmacist license * **Arizona Pharmacist license preferred** * **BLS – Required** * **ACLS – Required for inpatient/ER coverage** * **PALS – Required** *(may be completed onsite if needed)* \#Workwolf
