Role: UX Designer Location: Charlotte, NC Roles \& Responsibilities · 10\+ years of experience in UX Design, Product Design, or Human\-Centered Design. · Design user\-centric experiences for web and mobile applications. · Create wireframes, user flows, journey maps, mockups, and interactive prototypes using Figma. · Conduct user research, usability testing, and translate findings into design improvements. · Develop and maintain scalable design systems and reusable UI components. · Collaborate with Product Owners, Business Analysts, Developers, and QA teams. · Ensure responsive design, accessibility (WCAG), and usability best practices. · Work closely with development teams for smooth design\-to\-development handoff. · Present design concepts and solutions to stakeholders. · Strong expertise in UX research methodologies and design best practices. · Experience planning and conducting research activities, including qualitative and quantitative studies. · Proficiency in creating: o User Flows o Process Workflows o Customer Journey Maps o Information Architecture (IA) Maps o Wireframes and Interactive Prototypes
