Mandatory Skills * Python and SQL – strong hands-on experience. * Data Science and Advanced Analytics. * Predictive Modelling and Risk Scoring. * Fraud Detection and Anomaly Detection. * Model Development, Validation and Performance Evaluation. * Feature Engineering and Back-testing. * Model Threshold Calibration. * Precision, Recall and Model Performance Metrics. * Exploratory Data Analysis (EDA). * Large-scale Data Analysis and Data Quality. * Data Lineage and Root Cause Analysis. * Analytical Workflow Development. 2. Good-to-Have Skills * Imbalanced Data and Delayed Outcome Labels. * Model Monitoring – Data Drift and Concept Drift. * Tableau / Power BI Dashboard Development. * MLOps and CI/CD. * Apache Spark / PySpark. * AWS Redshift and AWS Glue. * Graph Analytics / Network Analytics. * Workforce, Training, Grants, Claims or Regulatory Data. * Singapore Government / Public Sector Project Experience.
