**Position Summary** Provide excellent customer service while promoting and selling car wash packages and memberships. Ensure every customer has a fast, friendly, and positive experience. **Key Responsibilities** \- Greet and assist customers in a friendly, professional manner \- Promote and sell wash packages and membership plans \- Answer questions and resolve customer concerns \- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized site \- Support daily operations and follow company procedures **Qualifications** \- Strong communication and people skills \- Positive attitude with a customer\-first mindset \- Comfortable with sales and meeting goals \- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions \- Reliable and able to work flexible hours **Success Looks Like** \- Delivering great customer experiences \- Meeting sales goals \- Keeping the site clean and running smoothly Job Type: Part\-time Pay: From $17\.00 per hour Benefits: * 401(k) * 401(k) matching * Flexible schedule * Paid time off Work Location: In person
