The Learning Experience \- Jenison is seeking an experienced Lead Teacher for our 2\-Year\-Old classroom. You'll create a positive environment where children can build language, independence, friendships, and confidence while learning through hands\-on exploration. Key Responsibilities * Lead daily classroom routines and learning experiences * Implement The Learning Experience's L.E.A.P. Curriculum * Engage children through art, sensory play, music, movement, stories, language, and imaginative play * Encourage communication, independence, and self\-help skills * Support children's social\-emotional development and peer interactions * Use positive guidance and consistent classroom expectations * Support toileting, diapering, meals, rest time, and daily routines * Observe and document children's developmental progress * Guide and collaborate with Assistant Teachers * Build strong relationships with children and families * Follow Michigan licensing and center requirements Qualifications * High school diploma or equivalent required * Previous professional childcare or early childhood classroom experience required * Experience with toddlers or 2\-year\-olds strongly preferred * CDA, Early Childhood Education coursework, degree, or other qualifying credential preferred * Must meet Michigan requirements to serve as a Lead Caregiver * Patient, positive, energetic, and confident leading a classroom What We Offer * $17\-$20 per hour, based on experience and qualifications * Full\-time Monday\-Friday schedule * Health, dental, and vision benefits for eligible employees * Paid time off * Paid training and professional development * Employee childcare discount * Career growth and advancement opportunities Apply today to lead our 2\-Year\-Old classroom at The Learning Experience \- Jenison. *This franchise is independently owned and operated by a franchisee.
