🔑 Key Responsibilities **Role Responsibilities:** * **System Design & Architecture:** Design and develop high-performance **Java** systems tailored for large-scale data processing and analytics. * **Parallel Processing:** Implement efficient parallel data processing solutions to manage and manipulate large datasets seamlessly. * **Performance Tuning:** Optimise memory usage, execution speed, and overall system performance to eliminate bottlenecks. * **Database & Warehouse Management:** Work extensively with relational databases ( **PostgreSQL** , **MS SQL Server** ) and scalable data warehouses. * **Security & Compliance:** Ensure robust data security measures and strict compliance with global data protection regulations. * **DevOps & Code Quality:** Build automated **CI/CD pipelines** and actively contribute to rigorous code reviews to maintain high engineering standards. 🛠️ Technical Skills 7+ years Java backed development (data processing focus) 5+ years advanced SQL with query optimisation Experience with cloud platforms (AWS) Expertise in performance tuning & memory optimisation Finance domain experience in mandatory
