Store General Manager (Construction or Surveying Experience Preferred)

**General Manager Satellite Store** Precision Laser \& Instrument – Monroe, Ohio (Cincinnati area) **General Manager :** * Oversee daily operation, organization and sales at store. * Work with Corporate Manager(s) on Sales related issues and responsibilities. * Work with Ops/Finance on Financial and Operational issues and responsibilities. * Oversee Team members at store. * Conduct Bi\-weekly meetings at store; Sales, Service Strategies. **Compensatory Package:** Salary – TBD Bonus/Commission potential (Future); * Increased Sales revenue and profitability TBD. **Traditional PLI Compensation Package:** * Salary * Bonus/Commission Potential * Christmas Bonus * Profit Sharing – when applicable * 401 k – 4% match on 5% invested. Maximum 4% match. * Health Benefits – PLI currently pays 80% of Health Coverage. Subject to change * Vision \& Dental are optional at Team Members expense.
