Senior .NET Developer

**Role: Senior .NET Developer** **Location: Dublin (hybrid)** **Duration: 12 Months Contract** We are looking for an experienced **Senior Applications Development Technology Analyst** to join a growing technology team and play a key role in designing, developing and delivering solutions aligned with strategic business objectives. **What you’ll be doing** * Lead the design, development and delivery of complex application solutions and system enhancements. * Partner with technology and business stakeholders to deliver new products and process improvements. * Analyse complex business and system processes, identify issues and develop innovative solutions. * Ensure application designs align with enterprise architecture and development standards. * Establish and maintain standards for coding, testing, debugging and implementation. * Work across architecture, infrastructure and application teams to deliver integrated solutions. * Provide technical leadership, coaching and guidance to developers and analysts. * Take ownership of high-impact projects while managing priorities, risks and delivery timelines. * Contribute to a strong culture of compliance, risk management and engineering best practice. **Strong hands-on experience with:** * 6+ years of relevant experience in Apps Development or systems analysis role * Strong proficiency: .Net core, T-SQL, Reactjs, Kafka * Proficiency: REST APIs, Websockets, Microsoft SQL Server 2019/2022, Openshift, Docker, Microservices, * Github, AI tooling. * Extensive experience system analysis and in programming of software applications * Experience in managing and implementing successful projects.
