As a General Manager, you are the leader of the restaurant – responsible for building a high-performing team and creating a culture of excellence, accountability, and guest-first service. Key Responsibilities: * Lead all aspects of restaurant operations, including P&L management * Hire, train, and retain top talent * Drive guest satisfaction, sales, and profitability * Enforce compliance with company policies and local laws * Foster a positive and inclusive team culture Qualifications: * 2+ years of GM-level QSR or hospitality experience * Proven success managing teams and driving results * Strong understanding of financial statements, labor control, and inventory * Ability to inspire and motivate team members at all levels * ServSafe certification is a plus
