We are seeking an experienced Survey Manager to lead construction modeling, survey data management, GPS/machine control, and field survey support for heavy civil construction projects. This position will work closely with our Estimating and Operations teams to **build 3D models, process project data for bidding, develop cut/fill maps and earthwork information, support GPS machine control, and prepare models for stringless paving operations.** Ideal candidates will have: * Advanced **Trimble Business Center (TBC)** experience * Strong 3D construction modeling skills * Heavy civil construction survey experience * Cut/fill and earthwork analysis experience * Experience supporting estimating and bidding * GPS and machine-control experience * **Stringless paving experience** * Strong understanding of grading plans, profiles, alignments, cross sections, elevations, and survey control * Ability to support both office and field operations
