Project Manager

**Job Summary** As a Project Manager, you’ll lead construction projects from planning through delivery. You will visit with clients to get initial measurements for scope of work, coordinate installation teams, schedule, and visit job sites frequently during installation to insure compliance requirements. You’ll use construction plans and site experience to keep work organized, address issues early, and support safe, efficient project execution. Pay depends upon experience. **Responsibilities** * Manage project scope, schedule, track progress and communicate changes. * Coordinate project schedule with staff, clients, and subcontractors. * Review construction plans, contracts, estimates, and project documentation; support blueprint reading and construction estimating. * Monitor construction site activities and ensure work follows applicable construction regulations and regulatory compliance requirements. * Lead project teams, resolve coordination issues, and maintain clear project records. **Skills** * Essential: Project management, project leadership and confidence, project coordination, cost management, project scheduling, time management, critical thinking and problem solving, accurate job measurements, exceptional customer service, and experience managing teams in a construction management role. * Essential: Construction experience, construction site experience, construction plans, blueprint reading, contracts, construction budget management. * Preferred: Residential construction experience * Preferred tools: Tape Measure and/or Laser Measure, Camera Pay: $45,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year Benefits: * Fuel card * Paid time off Work Location: In person
